Gee, that really sounds funny because in the short time that we really got to know you, you never really came across as a "Mr. Lewis". To us, you'll always be Charlie, trusted, helpful, welcomed, a genuine person...and one of  the hardest working and best Real Estate Professionals we ever had the pleasure of  encountering.

You took an experience that was frightening and steeped in the unknown and guided us through each and every step, handling every problem that came along with outstanding professionalism, undying optimism and a greatly appreciated sense of humor. But most important of all, and I can't stress this enough, you LISTENED to us and truly understood all of our fears, goals, hopes and dreams. For this, we are eternally grateful.

Recently, escrow closed on the sale of a rental home my wife and I owned. We listed the house with Charlie, because he really earned our trust. There were a number of real estate agents we had discussed listing the house with, but Charlie did his homework and provided us with a thorough analysis of the area. His attention to detail and the recommendations he made allowed us to sell the house very quickly and for $11,000.00 more than we anticipated. Sounds simple, but we had a tenant who would not allow a lock box for easy access to view the home, and the house was to be shown by appointment only, which meant the tenant had to be home. Despite these obstacles, Charlie made himself available at a moment's notice and generated a number of offers. The property had sentimental value because it was previously owned by my deceased mother. We accepted an offer from a family with two young children.
